Elyssa leads strategy at Motive, an international marketing and advertising agency where she does brand strategy consulting for global brands. Her strategic thinking has come to life by way of creative campaigns featured across North America, and her writing has been published in Entrepreneur and Campaign Magazine. At Venice Arts, she has provided 1:1 mentoring to high-school seniors during their college application process, organized career-directed field trips to her company and, currently, is working collaboratively with Venice Arts’ Creative Pathways program to build a pathway into the advertising industry—from presentations, mentoring, and career-directed field trips, to shadowing and internship opportunities.
