Rabia is responsible for developing and executing new programs, increasing diverse representation across the animation studio and providing the best in class internship/trainee programs for students and entry level artists at Dreamworks, a division of NBC/Universal. Rabia was formerly at The Walt Disney Company in human resources and talent acquisition, focusing on hiring, employer branding, and talent development. She has a Bachelor's in English and Business Management from the University of California Irvine and holds a Master's in Public Administration from USC.
