Tiffany S. Miller

Dean of apprenticeships, West LA college

Tiffany manages over $12M in grants committed to helping employers and the workforce. Before working at West Los Angeles College, Tiffany was the Program Director for Career Pathways at El Camino College where she designed comprehensive programs for secondary students, college students, and community members looking for employment or transfer opportunities in high demand, skilled careers. Prior to El Camino College, Tiffany worked at various nonprofit organizations throughout Los Angeles, assisting youth and young adults with obtaining access to education, vocational training, work experience and leadership development. Tiffany received her Masters in Liberal Studies from the University of Southern California (USC) and BA in African American Studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with certificates in Women’s Studies and Jewish Studies. In addition to participation in Venice Arts’ Creative Workforce Equity Advisory Board, Tiffany, and others at West LA College, are working with Venice Arts so that they may directly offer WIOA training, including through iTrain.
