Erin Wesley Cinematographer

As a storyteller, Erin Wesley’s aim is to create visual experiences that inspire freedom, purpose and imagination. She values connectedness and firmly believes that through storytelling, our shared experiences emerge. Her commitments are to provide inclusive, boundless imagery that represents who she is and depicts the world we share.

For her cinematography in A Rodeo Film, she won the Golden Tadpole (first place) at the prestigious energaCAMERIMAGE International Film Festival in Poland. Her most recent narrative projects have also been official selections of the Directors Guild of America, The Film Series at CineGear Expo, AFI Fest, ABFF, HBO's Short Film Competition and more.

Jon Jon Augustavo

M SS NG P ECES + A Bunch of Savages

Jon Jon “JJ” Augustavo is a Filipino-American filmmaker born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He currently works out of Los Angeles, California as a film, commercial and music video director. He’s directed unique projects for brands like Adidas, Jordan and Cadillac and has over 3 billion views of his video works with artists like Shawn Mendes, ScHoolboy Q, Kygo, Mike Posner and Macklemore. JJ’s music videos have won a handful of international awards. His shorts have screened at various festivals, notably “Just a Kid from $eattle” at Sundance in 2018 which he is developing into a feature lenght film with producers Asher Goldstein, Destin Daniel Cretton and Stephen “Dr” Love. JJ is repped by WME and Redefine Ent for film and television and M SSNG P ECES for commercials.

John Nguyen
Executive Producer
RSA Films

Across his career, John Nguyen has earned a reputation for bringing complex ideas and creative visions to life for notable directors and multinational Fortune 500 brands. His extensive work as an executive producer for commercials, documentaries, short films, digital content systems, and branded entertainment series spans over 100 productions across five continents and almost every major city in the United States.

John is currently the Executive Producer for RSA Films after spending more than a decade as an independent producer where he partnered with production companies and agencies such as RSA Films, Iconoclast, Superprime, Smuggler, Droga5, Martin Agency, Mother New York, 72andSunny, Interscope Records, Universal Pictures, and several others.

In addition to his work, John serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Venice Arts, Los Angeles Center for Photography and Film Education. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.

Priority for in-person training programs and financial stipends, including opportunities for paid internship placements, is given to active participants, ages 18- 24, in Creative Conversations, as well as young people who are low income, foster youth, homeless, and/or justice involved.
